Thompson Leadership & Operations Consulting helps manufacturing companies and outdoor brands develop frontline leaders, strengthen accountability, and improve operational performance. Based in western Pennsylvania, we offer remote consulting and travel to client sites beyond the region.

Founded by retired Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant and manufacturing leader Erin Thompson, our approach draws on more than 20 years of leadership experience, from the Marine Corps to the manufacturing floor.

Through leadership and operations assessments, supervisor development, and executive coaching, we help teams address the challenges that slow execution.
